User Data Deletion Instructions — FameScale OS

FameScale OS is a web app that lets users connect Instagram Business/Creator accounts and schedule Reels publishing. If you have connected a Facebook or Instagram account to FameScale OS and want us to delete the data we hold about you, follow the steps below. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Option 1 — Disconnect a specific Instagram/Facebook account

If you only want to stop FameScale OS from accessing one of your connected accounts:

  1. Sign in to FameScale OS and open the connected-accounts settings.
  2. Click Disconnect on the account you want to remove.

When you disconnect, the access tokens for that account are deleted immediately. Connected-account metadata and posting history for that connection may be retained for up to 30 days for audit/debugging unless you request earlier deletion (see Option 3).

Option 2 — Revoke FameScale OS from Facebook directly

  1. Open facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites.
  2. Find FameScale OS in the list of connected apps.
  3. Click Remove. This revokes our access to your Facebook and Instagram data going forward.

Revoking from Facebook stops new data from flowing in, but does not by itself delete data we have already stored. To request full deletion of stored data, use Option 3.

Option 3 — Email us to delete all stored data

Send an email to akos@famescale.co with the subject line "FameScale OS data deletion request" and include:

We will reply to confirm receipt, verify the request, delete your data, and confirm completion — all within 30 days.

What gets deleted

On a verified deletion request we delete:

We do not retain copies of Facebook or Instagram content outside of what is listed above, and we never share this data with anyone other than the sub-processors disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
