Restoring a previous purchase

If you bought the lifetime upgrade on another device or reinstalled the app, open Settings inside joo and tap Restore purchases. The lifetime entitlement is tied to your account, so it will come back automatically.

The trial

New accounts get a free 3-day trial of all paid features. You don’t need to cancel anything — the trial simply expires after 3 days. There is no subscription; the paid upgrade is a one-time $9.99 lifetime purchase.

Deleting your account & data

To delete your account and all associated data, email akos@famescale.co from the email address you signed up with. We’ll confirm and remove everything within 30 days.

Reporting a bug or requesting a feature

Email akos@famescale.co with a description and (if possible) a screenshot. Including your device model and app version helps us track it down faster.
